Responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives for food & beverage business. Create strategic marketing plan and marketing calendar. Build successful strategies by analysing insights, trends, market research, and marketing best practices. Oversees the creation of all promotional materials and marketing initiatives, including ATL, BTL, Digital, and Social media, to meet business and consumer objectives. Reports marketing outcomes to senior executives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated marketing strategies and develop marketing plans and calendars. – Oversee promotional planning and execution, including all-agency briefings and post-campaign reviews, to inform future marketing decisions.
- Localized regional calendar based on consumer insights and performance data.
Communicate and align marketing strategies with top management. – Develop and maintain partner relationships. - Ensure consistent communication across all marketing touch points to maintain category leadership.
- Launch product campaigns with unique and regionally relevant communication.
Developing and implementing point-of-sale materials for successful in-store communication.
Increasing presence in consumer decision-making corridors. • Managing advertising, PR, and digital agency pitching processes. - Analyze and evaluate customer data to uncover patterns and inform brand strategy decisions.
- Approve and oversee creative development of promotional materials, social media and website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects. – Collaborate with media buyers, advertising agencies, print houses, production companies, and other services to ensure successful project completion.
- Developing marketing strategies for local stores to boost customer acquisition, retention, traffic, trial, word-of-mouth, sales, and average transaction value.
- Implementing numerous brand activations through promotional and experiential marketing.
- Developing customer engagement platforms and communicating the brand’s story, values, and important attributes.
- Organising media and influencer events, store inaugurations, and community events
- Taking advantage of sponsorship opportunities.
- Evaluated prospective strategic partner ties for company marketing. Connecting with merchants and small businesses to establish brand collaborations.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns across several channels.
- Interview, hire, and train marketing staff. – Represent the marketing team on cross-functional teams and business-wide projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS in Marketing
- 6-8 Years preferably from Food & Beverage Industry
Salary Package:
BD 1,300 (Inclusive Transport & Mob Allow)
