Job Responsibilities:
- Provide First-Level IT Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of user queries and incidents.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as necessary.
- MS Office 365 Administration and Licensing:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Office 365 accounts, ensuring proper licensing and compliance.
- Provide user support for Office 365 applications, including setup, troubleshooting, and training.
- Email and Endpoint Security Management:
- Configure, monitor, and maintain secure email systems to prevent unauthorized access, spam, and phishing attempts.
- Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to protect organizational devices against malware and threats.
- Process Automation:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation tools such as Power Automate, RPA platforms, or scripting.
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Proactive Problem Solving:
- Actively research and propose innovative IT solutions to enhance business processes and address user challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver technology-driven solutions.
- Communication and Training:
- Communicate IT updates, changes, and best practices clearly and effectively to users at all levels.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support users in leveraging IT tools efficiently.
- IT Policy Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all IT activities comply with company policies, standards, and security protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes to build a robust knowledge base.
- Collaborate with Vendors and IT Partners:
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and licensing needs.
- Liaise with IT service providers for system maintenance and support as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft certified in Dynamics NAV/BC 365 (preferred).
- Proficiency in software development methodologies and practices.
- Expertise in enterprise integration.
- Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI (Essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage support incidents effectively.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Leadership skills to supervise and coach junior staff and external suppliers.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in software development.
