Knowledgeable in the production of Croissants and Danish pastries
Knowledgeable in the production of cakes, desserts, cookies and chocolate
Excellent communication skills. Must be computer literate
Team player as well able to work independently
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges and be creative.
