Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead – Marketing & Communications to oversee the full spectrum of marketing, branding, and corporate communication activities for our Client Group. The role involves working closely with the CEO to advise on and implement impactful marketing and communications strategies that enhance the Group’s brand presence and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise the CEO on suitable marketing and corporate communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing and branding activities, including:
    • Media strategy development
    • Vendor management for content creation and digital marketing
    • Sponsorships, advertising partnerships, and PR campaigns
    • Media relationship management to strengthen visibility and outreach
  • Oversee corporate communication activities such as:
    • Developing guidelines for internal and external communication
    • Preparing and reviewing press releases, newsletters, and employee communications
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen the Group’s brand, both internally and externally.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, corporate communications, public relations, or agency work.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end communication and branding initiatives.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bahraini candidates strongly preferred.
